Have you been following along with my progress on Nutrisystem? I hope so. It is really a journey. It’s very hard to change bad eating habits that you have had for many many years. Nutrisystem is really helping me make better choices. I know that my plate doesn’t have to be filled to the edge in order to think that I have enough to eat.
At the end of week 3 I am finding that it doesn’t take much to make me full. I really did well sticking to my diet. I did cheat but it wasn’t nearly what it would have been. The kiddos had a day off for teacher inservice so I am finding that its tough to not cheat when they are here. Of course they don’t put food in my mouth but a constant stream of ‘can I have a snack’ will really get to you. In the old days I would have been eating right along with them – smiling! Now I’m eating my lunch and smiling
I was able to drink my water this week. It’s really working to drink more during the morning/afternoon hours. If I wait until the evening I procrastinate. You know your body. You have to do what makes sense for you.
5 pounds! Yay! See you next week!
Nutrisystem is sponsoring me for the next three months. I will be blogging, Facebooking and Twittering my progress on a weekly basis.
