I’m pretty excited to tell you about my week. I actually did a lot of walking this week not only because of exercise but because there was a lot going on. Apparently it was all good when it comes to the weight loss journey because I am down another 2 pounds. Yay!
I know they say it takes 21 days to change a habit but I think it has really taken me this long to get in the swing of this program. I will say that I had one thing where I cheated – thanks Krispy Kreme. No one should have to turn them down lol but I only ate one. I remember a day when I would eat…let’s just say…more than one hehehe.
So anyway I’m drinking my water and eating my protein, veggies, fruits along with my meals. I’m so excited to be down 10 pounds. And I can actually tell a difference. As we are getting closer to the holidays, I’m happy to be ahead of the game. I don’t have to say oh here’s another 10 pounds or so onto what I already weigh It’s easier now to eat and slow myself down. I still love the taste but I know that eating in moderation is the best.
